Welcome to Koky. These terms explain how you may use Koky and what to expect from its meal-planning, food-logging, activity, and companion features.
Using Koky
Koky is operated by Kirlos Yousef. By using the Koky app or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Apple’s terms and conditions also apply to your App Store download and use of the app.
Wellness information and estimates
Koky is a general wellness and habit-support app. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Consult a qualified health professional for advice about your health, nutrition, exercise, or an eating plan.
Calorie, nutrient, meal, body, water, and exercise figures may be estimated and can be inaccurate. AI-generated plans, recipes, ingredient details, and photo estimates may be incomplete or incorrect. Check ingredients and allergen information yourself, use your judgment, and adjust or disregard any result that does not fit your needs. Do not rely on Koky to determine whether food is safe for an allergy or medical condition.
You are responsible for deciding whether a goal, plan, or activity is appropriate for you. Connecting Apple Health is optional. Koky reads only the Health information you authorize for the app’s features and does not write workouts or weigh-ins back to Health.
Your information and content
You remain responsible for the information, descriptions, photos, and other content you enter or submit to Koky. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and to request any processing you choose.
Koky stores everyday app information on your device. When you choose an AI feature and it is enabled, relevant information may be sent to OpenAI to provide that feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payments
If a paid subscription is offered, its available features, price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases and manages renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under its terms and policies. You can manage a subscription through your Apple account settings.
Access to paid features may depend on a valid subscription entitlement. Restore or refresh purchases using the controls provided in Koky where available.
Acceptable use
Use Koky lawfully and as intended for personal wellness planning and habit tracking. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content to violate another person’s rights or applicable rules.
Koky content and availability
The Koky name, bunny character, visual design, software, and original content belong to Kirlos Yousef or their respective licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app while you comply with these terms and Apple’s applicable license terms.
We may update or change features to improve Koky, maintain safety, or respond to technical or legal needs. We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Koky is provided without a promise that every estimate or generated result will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Koky changes. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Continuing to use Koky after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
